Sorry Earl, but the Yankees won't be meeting anyone else in the playoffs after the Indians pitching staff and Victor Martinez get through with them. Those guys are hot right now, and, frankly, I think it would be a classic underdog type story since the Indians' combined payroll is like 20% of the Yankees and because the Yankees fans (excluding you of course) are generally so obnoxious it makes me sick. It's Tribe Time Now.

Being an ardent and masochistic fan of the Browns, I know two things about Cleveland and sports. The first is wishful thinking, the second is the phrase, "maybe next year."

I expect nothing less than a great AL series from every team, and looking forward to some great ball games in the coming weeks.
